If your baby needs some special attention, please don't hesitate to contact us. We stand behind our product! If there is a problem with your baby, unrelated to normal wear and tear, please contact us so we may take care of it. If your doll needs a refurbishing due to normal use, we are happy to do so for a nominal fee.

Although we are happy to work on dolls from other artists or companies, please contact us to see if we can help. We are also happy to refer customers to "specialists" if their repairs require an item or technique not handled by
