Our Policies regarding Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery charges are based on the following:

• the delivery company
• the weight, size and dimensions of your item(s)
• your shipping preferences

Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. The majority of our items are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, Eagle or the U.S. Postal Service. UPS will make between 1-3 delivery attempts.

Some orders may have a flat shipping fee due to oversized packages or special shipping requirements. This is indicated in the product description.

The easiest way to calculate your shipping costs is to let us do it for you. Simply add all your items to your shopping cart then continue to the checkout. You will come to a Review page with shipping costs posted. After reviewing this page you can submit your order.

Special-Distance Fees

Depending on the zip code destination your order may include a special-distance shipping fee in addition to the standard shipping charge. A special-distance fee is added to certain oversized items destined for specific locations. To determine whether this fee applies to your order simply add all your items to your shopping cart then continue to the checkout. You will come to a Review page with shipping costs posted. After reviewing this page you can submit your order. If your order includes any oversized items on which a special-distance shipping fee is noted then this additional fee will be added to the standard shipping charge on each of those items at checkout. The amount of the special-distance fee varies by zip code.

One- and Two-Day Shipping

Requesting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn’t mean you will receive your order in one or two days. We estimate delivery dates at checkout, taking both shipping time and item availability into consideration. Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping.

Estimated Shipping Dates

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our company. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain (“Off-the-Shelf”) or assemble (“Create-A-Baby”) orders for shipment.

Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It's entirely possible for an item that hasn't shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.

Changing Your Shipping Address

As long as your order is not shipped or “shipping soon,” you may change the shipping address. Here’s how:

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

We’re unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If you need to have items in your order shipped to multiple addresses, please place individual orders for each shipping address.

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons:

• P.O.Box format. We do not ship to P.O.Boxes and require a physical street address to ship the order to.
• Destination problems. Some organizations have strict delivery restrictions for their residents. These rules are determined independently and may vary.
• Illegible label. In rare cases it is possible that the address became illegible during the shipping and handling process.
• Failed delivery attempt. Most of our carriers make one to three attempts to deliver a package. Packages that contain more than $400 of merchandise may require a signature. After the attempts at delivery, either a note will be left on your door or the package will be returned to us and either an e-mail sent to you or a phone call placed prior to issuing a refund (excluding shipping charges).
• Refused by recipient. If a recipient is not expecting a package they may refuse it if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you still want to send the order you may want to re-order it and let the recipient know that a package is on the way.

When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we’ll either send an e-mail or place a call to you prior to issuing a refund (excluding shipping charges).

We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable you are welcome to place another order with us using a new shipping address.
